In chocolate production, the raw materials to be processed in the chocolate mixer are mixers in which the mixture is made at high speed in advance.
Except for the regular mixer, there is a separate turbo mixer in the upper part.
Raw material and total product weighing can be done with the loadcell weighing cells under the pre-preparation mixer.
Powder raw materials can be fed automatically with the screw hopper located in front.
It is completely made of AISI304 stainless steel.
